I’m told there are some strange people who actually like the winter months. The cold winds drive them indoors they say to enjoy hot stews and warm drinks, while the snow makes them long to start skiing.

Not for me though! Give me the warm summer months any time. I’m not a fan of winter, especially those horrible cold drafts that seem to appear around the windows as if by magic.

Fortunately there’s a solution for these drafts, and the really good news is that it hardly costs anything to implement it. In fact it uses one of the cheapest materials around, namely plain old bubble wrap, the stuff that just seems to accumulate around the house.
