This Genius Firewood Splitting Method Cuts Wood Chopping Time Literally In Half!

Fire is an incredibly important survival resource, indeed without some ready and available in the winter you could freeze to death in a very short time. As well as keeping us warm though, it’s also going to enable us to keep on cooking our food – raw food is ok for a while, but a good hot meal is a tremendous morale booster.

To make fire of course we need to have access to some wood to burn. In the sghort term we can make do with old pallets or broken bits of furniture, but eventually we’re going to need to go out into the woods and cut some of our own. The problem with this is that wood splitting with an axe is an incredibly time and energy consuming occupation.
